1916 Born in Tokyo Adopted daughter of Yamase Fuku (who was the adopted daughter of Yamase Shōin I). Studied Yamada Ryū koto with her mother. 1936 Designated as Yamase Shōin II with Imai Keishō. Fifth Iemoto of Yamase school. Passed away in 2003.
